It is guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours of payment (or your fee is refunded). Certified printed copies ($35/copy add-on) can be mailed to any recipient who requires a hard copy.

Educational achievements outside the destination country are not automatically recognized. An academic evaluation identifies what your foreign studies are equivalent to, making them recognizable for continuing education, employment applications and promotions, or visa and immigration purposes.

We can evaluate academic credentials from any country in the world, from any institution — public or private.

For continuing education or employment purposes, we recommend a Standard Course-by-Course evaluation. For visa purposes, a specialized Immigration Course-by-Course evaluation. A General evaluation may occasionally be sufficient for certain needs — check with the intended recipient.

Email a clear picture or scan of your diploma/graduation certificate (if available) and transcripts or marksheets for each course of study you want evaluated. We never require you to mail your irreplaceable originals.

The electronic copy of your final evaluation is delivered within 24 hours of your order starting — guaranteed or it’s FREE. Certified printed copies are mailed within the US only, about 1 week via standard first-class mail. Rush evaluation and expedited US shipping are available.

First, email a scan of your documents for review and a fixed quote. Once you proceed, we send an invoice for secure online payment. If your order includes translation, that is completed first (usually one day). We then deliver the electronic copy of your final certified evaluation within 24 hours. Certified printed copies are available as a $35/copy add-on to any address.

Typically 5–7 pages, including degree and transcript equivalencies, post-secondary credit calculation, course equivalencies, grade point equivalency and total GPA calculation, evaluator resume, citations, and certification. What it covers: we guarantee that every evaluation we issue — General, Course-by-Course, and Immigration — will be an accepted assessment of your foreign studies for its intended purpose (continuing education, employment, professional licensure, or US immigration).

How it works: if an eligible recipient rejects your evaluation for a covered purpose, contact us and we’ll revise the evaluation at no charge. If we cannot resolve the issue based on the authentic documents you provided, we refund your evaluation fee in full.

Important: the guarantee applies to the accuracy of your evaluation as an assessment of the documents provided. It does not override a recipient’s independent admission, credit-transfer or hiring policies. We recommend confirming acceptance with the intended recipient before ordering.

The final, electronic copy of your evaluation — not a draft — is guaranteed to be delivered within 24 hours of your order starting, once your documents and payment are received. If we miss that deadline, your evaluation fee is refunded. Printed copies are an optional $35/copy add-on and take additional time depending on the destination.

Yes. Your Immigration Course-by-Course evaluation includes the full education narrative as required by USCIS and comes with our 100% Acceptance Guarantee for US immigration, continuing education and employment purposes.

Yes. While we do not evaluate work experience, we can evaluate your foreign academic credentials. USCIS can then determine the requisite educational level based on a combination of our academic evaluation and your proof of relevant work experience.

Your evaluator and the recipient need certified translations of all non-English documents. If you don’t have them, we provide certified translations at a flat rate per page, integrated into the evaluation process.

No. Your evaluations do not expire, and we retain your prepared documents permanently, so you can request additional copies anytime (fees apply).

Your order includes one copy of each document shipped to one address via standard mail. You can order as many extra copies as needed, now or in the future. An immediate PDF option is also available.

IAECES is an independent organization that follows strict evaluation standards. IAECES has its own membership requirements and evaluation criteria for credential evaluation agencies to join. IAECES is not affiliated with AICE or NACES, which is not required by most accepting organizations including USCIS. If your organization strictly requires a certain membership for an evaluation agency, please double-check the requirement before ordering.

You can pay securely online with debit or credit card. A 2% card processing fee applies; additional fees from other agencies may not be listed.

Documents emailed for translation and/or evaluation are retained for one year and then deleted. Documents we have prepared for you are kept on file permanently so you can request copies in the future. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
