By placing an order with IAECES you agree to the following terms:
- All orders are subject to review and approval by our evaluators as to the completeness of documents.
- The 24-Hour Guarantee applies to the emailing of your draft evaluation once all documents and payment are received; it does not include mailing or translation time.
- Translations are subject to translator availability and are completed in approximately one day.
- Evaluations reflect your academic record as documented; fees do not purchase any particular outcome.
- A Satisfaction Guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied with your translation and/or evaluation and we cannot fix it based on the documents provided, you may cancel prior to order finalization for a refund of the evaluation fee.
- Unpaid invoices older than 90 days are purged from our system.
- Standard mailing has no tracking. Upgraded shipping options are available at additional cost.
Privacy Policy

- Documents emailed to us for translation and/or evaluation are retained for one year and then securely deleted from our systems.

- Payments are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.
